As part of our transformation, the Customer Excellence department in Warsaw is recruiting a Customer Service Agent for French market. You are answering your portfolio customer requests in French. Your main responsibility starts with entering the order in our system to collect invoices. Answer to the customer requests. Office and Remote work are accepted. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, managing their inquiries and processing orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment. You will coordinate with logistics and distribution to arrange deliveries, providing customers with shipment schedules and necessary documents. Acting as a crucial communication link, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and other internal departments—including Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance—to ensure customer needs are met and any issues are resolved quickly. You will also play a part in continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and optimizing our internal processes. 

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, good understanding of logistics coordination, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in French, both written and verbal.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
