Your role: You’ll be empowered to lead and inspire a small, high-performing team of commercial systems and tools experts. You will design and implement global commercial excellence strategies that boost sales force effectiveness and deliver measurable impact. Additionally, you will optimize and evolve our commercial infrastructure, encompassing pricing, customer segmentation, lead management, opportunity tracking, and campaign performance.
You will leverage data and analytics to generate insights, drive decision-making, and track performance through meaningful KPIs. Championing digital transformation is also a key responsibility, as you enhance the use of CRM (Salesforce) and digital tools across the organization. Furthermore, you will coordinate and strengthen launch excellence for new products and campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and Regional teams.
You will build and standardize frameworks to ensure global alignment and consistency in commercial practices while collaborating cross-functionally to align global and regional priorities and ensure seamless commercial execution. Supporting post-merger integration is essential, ensuring a unified and high-performing commercial setup.
Who you are:
- A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy within the B2B or Chemical industry
- Strong command of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and pricing software
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical strength and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
