Account Manager
We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive with solid experience in the chemical industry to drive growth across our portfolio of 400+ products for the cosmetics and other sectors. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, strengthening client relationships, and developing new business opportunities.
Your RoleIn this role, you will promote and sell chemical raw materials to B2B clients while managing an existing customer portfolio and identifying new growth opportunities. You will lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements, conduct client visits, follow up on projects, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs. You will also collaborate closely with Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance to ensure inventory availability, timely deliveries, and compliance within each account. To succeed, you will be expected to achieve annual sales targets and provide monthly reports that reflect progress and business development across the region.
Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Chemistry, Petrochemistry, or related fields.
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the chemical industry.
Experience with both direct customers and distributors.
Advanced English level.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Availability for fieldwork (client visits).
