Technical Customer Consultant (all genders)

Your Role: We are seeking a dedicated Technical Customer Consultant (all genders) to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on providing high quality customer consultancy by taking care of various technical/scientific requests in the field of cosmetics related to our raw materials product portfolio like for example cosmetic pigments functional fillers, and actives ingredients cosmetic ensuring therefore customer satisfaction.  

This role will also be focusing on data management, e.g. by updating cosmetic customer-related data systems, ensuring data accuracy as well as actively contributing to the development and optimization of digital tools designed to enhance the efficiency, quality and innovation level of services delivered to our customers.

Who you are:

• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology)
• 3 years + of job experience in Cosmetics and Technical Service is required  
• Knowledge of  regulatory/sustainability/IP environment for cosmetic pigments and functional fillers
• Insights into formulation science is an asset
• Proficiency and affinity in/to digital tools and data management system (e.g. pivot tables, experience in IA) with proven-track record
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Project management skills with focus on e.g. target and time management and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and experience in interfaces communication
• Solution provider for product optimization requests and customer-driven thinking
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and resilience skills
• Fluency in English, proficiency in German is an asset
